There have been over 100 reports of paranormal phenom- enon in this small abandoned cemetery. Report: ------- We started early, and the sun was still up, though mostly covered by the clouds. When we first got there, there were many people around. We didn't enter immediately. When we did, there were still several groups of people, including one group of two guys, drinking and smash- ing bottles on a gravestone. We took several daytime pictures. None of these were taken in sunlight. Another group that we saw seemed to be ghost hunting as well, and we ended up meeting up and talking. This group consisted of Monty, Andrew, and Karen. The five of us ended up being the only ones there as it started getting darker. Monty and Andrew had spent a great deal of time at Bachelors, and were able to share some of their experiences and photos with us. We continued taking pictures in the early dusk, splitting up a few times for food and additional film. When it finally started getting dark, we were all congregated in the central area of the cemetery by a group of stones. We all continued taking pictures, as well as using Andrews temperature sensor and night vision scope. On several occasions, we spotted some type of activity on the night vision. This usually consisted of dart- ing globes, approximately golf ball sized. Lisa saw two of these. A little later, I heard the sound of a dog barking, but didn't give it much thought. Andrew drew my attention to the fact. Andrew has seen a phantom dog here, and we were way to far back to hear a neighbors dog or anything like that. Lisa discovered a cold spot South and West of the Fulton Grave around 7:30. Readings in the surrounding areas were consistently around 54-56 degrees. This particular location read as low as 42 degrees. We took numerous pictures in this area. We re- turned to the congregation area and investigated mostly from this lo- cation. Towards the end of our investigation we headed down by the pond to check out the normally bad at night vibes there. As we ap- proached, the lighting changed and became harder to see. We continued to take pictures down here. Andrew and Monty also found a potential cold spot halfway down the central path from the congregation area to the Fulton Grave. I checked it out and took pictures as well, but didn't notice anything too unusual. Finally, when we were packing up to leave for the night, we all started hearing a very strange animal sound. It had to be a bat, as it was squeaking and screaming. Very odd. It pretty much scared the hell out of most of us, and we hurried to gather our things. We tried to use up as much of our film as pos- sible on pictures of each other on the trail on the way out. Impression: ----------- This was a great night at Bachelors. Tomorrow is a full moon, so hope- fully that helped in stirring things up on the pictures we took. Talk- ing with Monty and Andrew helped me to understand some of the things I had noticed previously at Bachelors, mostly the apparent changes in lighting and the moods. The lighting actually seems to change depend- ing on where you are in the cemetery, as do the feelings of being crowded or watched. We will be back here at least once or twice more before Halloween.
